Our housing finance company ‘Centrum Housing Finance Limited (CHFL)’ was set up in 2016 to provide long term housing finance to ‘middle class’ India.

Our sole objective is to provide simple, structured and customized solutions using a combination of traditional methods and superior technology to lower and middle income families. We empower home seekers primarily in tier 1, 2 &3 cities who are under-served by traditional lenders.

CHFL is registered with National Housing Bank (NHB) under section 29A of the National Housing Bank Act, 1987 as a Housing Finance Company vide Certificate of Registration No. 11.0147.16 dated 10th November 2016.
